Co-Founder & CEO – AI Reverse Logistics Orchestration Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Establish the strategic vision for the venture and oversee its execution.

• Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product positioning.

• Drive pilot programs with organizations focused on operations-heavy commerce, retail, or supply chain, transition them into paid partnerships, and develop the go-to-market strategy.

• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and refine based on user feedback.

• Lead the initial fundraising efforts, supported by FutureSight's network and traction.

• Recruit and guide the founding team, while laying the cultural groundwork for the company.

• Prior experience as a founder at a venture-backed startup.

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, encompassing sales and customer engagement.

• Strong fundraising capabilities, with the skill to craft investor narratives and secure capital.

• Demonstrated ability to attract, nurture, and retain high-caliber talent.

• Realistic understanding of the challenges and responsibilities associated with co-founding a venture-backed enterprise.

• Direct experience in operations-heavy commerce, supply chain, or logistics sectors, including hands-on involvement in returns, warranty, fulfillment, or post-sale processes, along with familiarity with AI agents/LLMs.
