Co-Founder, CEO – AI Reverse Logistics Orchestration Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Strategy — Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product positioning, including the decision-making process between consumer returns-led (B2C commerce) and warranty & credit-led (B2B supply chains).

• Customer Development — Spearhead pilot programs with operations-focused commerce, retail, or supply chain organizations, transition them into paid contracts, and establish the go-to-market strategy.

• Product — Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and refine it based on user feedback, emphasizing intake intelligence, policy enforcement, dynamic routing, and financial closure.

• Capital — Oversee the initial funding round, leveraging FutureSight's network and momentum.

• Team — Assemble and lead the founding team while laying the cultural groundwork for the company.

• Prior founding experience at a venture-backed startup.

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, encompassing sales and customer engagement.

• Proficiency in fundraising, with the capability to craft investor narratives and secure capital.

• Demonstrated skill in attracting, developing, and retaining high-caliber talent.

• Realistic understanding of the challenges and risks associated with co-founding a venture-backed company.

• Direct experience in operations-heavy commerce, supply chain, or logistics settings, including hands-on involvement in returns, warranty, fulfillment, or post-sale processes, along with familiarity with AI agents and large language models (LLMs).
