📋 Description

• Strategy — Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product positioning.

• Customer Development — Spearhead pilot programs with VPs, operations managers, and merchandise planners at importers, distributors, and multi-channel retail brands, transforming them into paid partnerships, and establishing the go-to-market strategy.

• Product — Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and refine based on user feedback.

• Capital — Drive the seed funding round, leveraging FutureSight's network and growth.

• Team — Recruit and lead the founding team while establishing the company's cultural framework.

• Prior founding experience at a venture-backed firm.

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, encompassing sales and customer engagement.

• Proficiency in fundraising, with the capability to craft investor narratives and secure capital.

• Established ability to attract, nurture, and retain top-tier talent.

• Realistic understanding of the challenges and responsibilities of co-founding a venture-backed enterprise.

• Extensive operational experience in merchandise planning, inventory management, and multi-channel retail operations.
