Co-Founder, CEO – AI Retail Planning Autopilot

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Establish the strategic direction of the venture and oversee its implementation.

• Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product positioning.

• Conduct pilot programs with VPs, operations managers, and merchandise planners at importers, distributors, and multi-channel retail brands, converting them into paid partnerships and developing the go-to-market strategy.

• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and refine based on user feedback.

• Lead the fundraising efforts, leveraging FutureSight's network and existing traction.

• Assemble and guide the founding team while establishing the company’s cultural framework.

• Prior experience as a founder in a venture-backed organization.

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and customer engagement.

• Proficiency in fundraising, with the capability to craft investor narratives and secure capital.

• Demonstrated ability to attract, nurture, and retain exceptional talent.

• Realistic understanding of the challenges and responsibilities involved in co-founding a venture-backed company.

• Extensive operational knowledge in merchandise planning, inventory management, and multi-channel retail operations.
