Co-Founder & CEO – AI Proposal Intelligence for AEC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Establish the strategic direction of the venture and oversee its implementation.

• Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product positioning within the AEC vertical segment.

• Spearhead pilot programs with mid-market AEC companies, transition them into paid agreements, and develop the go-to-market strategy through AEC networks, marketing associations, and industry collaborations.

• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and iterate based on user feedback, concentrating on compliance extraction, semantic mapping, and subject matter expert workflows.

• Lead the seed funding initiative, leveraging FutureSight's network and existing traction.

• Assemble and guide the founding team, while laying the cultural groundwork for the organization.

• Prior founding experience in a venture-backed organization.

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, encompassing sales and customer engagement.

• Proficient in fundraising, with the capability to craft investor narratives and secure investments.

• Demonstrated ability to attract, nurture, and retain exceptional talent.

• Realistic understanding of the challenges and responsibilities associated with co-founding a venture-backed enterprise.

• Direct experience in AEC, government contracting, proposal management, or B2B SaaS for professional services, with knowledge of AI agents/LLMs.
