Co-Founder & CEO – AI Communication Agents, Freight & Logistics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product positioning for freight brokerages, 3PLs, carriers, and warehouse operators.

• Oversee pilot programs with mid-sized to enterprise freight brokerages, transition them to paid engagements, and develop a go-to-market strategy aimed at Heads of Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations.

• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and refine it based on user feedback, focusing on TMS and load board integrations, conversational AI quality, and autonomous workflow execution.

• Spearhead the seed funding initiative, leveraging FutureSight's network and traction.

• Assemble and guide the founding team, while establishing the company's cultural foundation.

• Prior experience in a founding role at a venture-backed organization.

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and customer engagement.

• Proficiency in fundraising, with the capability to craft compelling investor narratives and secure capital.

• Established ability to attract, nurture, and retain exceptional talent.

• Realistic understanding of the risks and challenges associated with co-founding a venture-backed business.

• Direct experience in logistics, supply chain, freight brokerage, transportation, or B2B enterprise software relevant to these sectors, along with knowledge of AI agents/LLMs.
