This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Installing new or modified equipment at the client’s site and ensuring it operates fully in accordance with specifications.
• Analyzing, reviewing, and inspecting findings to identify the root causes of issues, and recommending repair, replacement, or other corrective measures.
• Coordinating issue resolution with factory or Phillips inside service support to facilitate prompt repairs.
• Offering on-site technical support to assist in troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
• Updating and finalizing current incomplete service reports to accurately and thoroughly reflect the work completed.
• Providing feedback to the factory to assist in updating and refining the service procedures used in troubleshooting and repairing machines in the field.
• Acting as a communication link between the client and the company to ensure effective service delivery to the customer.
• Conducting training on the safe operation of the equipment and demonstrating skills to trainees, including both team members and clients.
• Experience with maintenance on CNC machines.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the week, including potential overnight stays from Monday to Friday.
• High mechanical aptitude with some electrical knowledge.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers professionally.
• Capability to track expenses and manage paperwork associated with completed maintenance tasks.
