CMMS Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assume complete responsibility for the development and management of Intersect’s Siteracker platform to facilitate enterprise-wide maintenance and operational workflows.

• Design the structure and scalability of work orders, preventive maintenance programs, asset hierarchies, and field execution workflows across utility-scale clean energy assets.

• Collaborate with field engineers, operations leaders, asset managers, site managers, and field technicians to transform operational requirements into effective system designs and streamlined workflows.

• Spearhead the initial design, configuration, and administration of Siteracker as the enterprise CMMS.

• Create asset hierarchies, work order lifecycles, maintenance templates, and operational dashboards from the ground up.

• Integrate preventive and corrective maintenance activities into Siteracker workflows.

• Implement best practices from SAP and Maximo to establish standards for data governance, inventory tracking, and scheduling.

• Act as the principal administrator and subject matter expert.

• Provide end-user training and technical assistance to operations teams.

• Assess platform usage, operational challenges, and system updates to improve automation and enhance the user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Operations, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 4 years of direct experience in configuring, administering, and optimizing CMMS or enterprise asset management platforms.

• Essential hands-on administrative experience with Siteracker, including the development of custom workflows, reporting, and user administration.

• Previous experience with maintenance management systems such as SAP or IBM Maximo within utility-scale energy, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.

• Self-motivated builder mindset with the ability to develop structured operational processes from the ground up in a dynamic environment.

• Dedication to operational excellence and cross-functional empathy in alignment with Intersect’s values.

• Candidate must reside within 60 miles of one of the specified hubs.
