Cluster AI Enablement Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate AI maturity across the DACH region.

• Provide hands-on training, auf Deutsch.

• Mentor across all departments.

• Propel engineering initiatives.

• Expand AI applications beyond engineering.

• Develop scalable content.

• Identify and engage the motivated.

• Validate insights through data.

• Serve as a liaison between DACH and HQ.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 3–7 years of professional experience, preferably with a consulting or advisory background.

• Fluent in German. This is non-negotiable.

• Proficient in English is also essential.

• Capable of delivering lessons in the morning and building a working prototype in the afternoon.

• Have a genuine curiosity for AI.

• Comfortable interacting with developers without being a full-time developer.

• Experienced with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.

• Self-motivated and able to navigate ambiguity.

• Open to regular travel within the DACH region.
