This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Collaborating with our clients as an extension of their IT, engineering, and DevOps teams
• Serving as the primary point of contact to address a wide range of technical challenges
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services
• Partnering with customers to take ownership of and resolve their technical issues
• Acting as the key contact to proactively assess and address technical challenges
• Working with internal cross-functional teams to facilitate problem resolution
• 4 to 7 years of experience in a comparable position
• Knowledge of VPNs and Proxies
• Familiarity with cloud provider ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, etc.
• Understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS
• Experience with layer 3 and 4 technologies
• Innate ability to engage, influence, and cultivate trusted relationships with clients in challenging situations
