This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Provide exceptional technical support through phone calls and emails.
• Diagnose and resolve intricate technical challenges.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless troubleshooting during customer events.
• Exceptional English communication skills (minimum C1 level for both spoken and written).
• A minimum of 1–2 years of demonstrated experience in a Technical Support position.
• Experience in the role of a Cloud Support Engineer.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (this is a significant advantage).
• An AWS certification (this is also a significant advantage).
