Cloud Support Engineer, Fluent English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional technical assistance through email and phone communication;

• Diagnose and resolve intricate technical problems;

• Offer technical support related to networking and cloud services;

• Clearly escalate incidents, detailing impact, timeline, and steps to reproduce;

• Facilitate effective troubleshooting for customer events while collaborating closely with internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient English communication skills (minimum C1 level for both spoken and written);

• A minimum of 1–2 years of demonstrated experience in a Technical Support position;

• Background as a Cloud Support Engineer;

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset;

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred);

• AWS certification (preferred).
