Cloud Support Engineer, Fluent English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional technical support through emails and phone communication.

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges.

• Offer technical assistance related to networking and cloud products.

• Clearly escalate incidents, detailing impact, timeline, and reproduction steps.

• Facilitate seamless troubleshooting for customer events while collaborating closely with internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient English communication skills (minimum C1 level for both spoken and written).

• A minimum of 1–2 years of demonstrated experience in a Technical Support position.

• Background as a Cloud Support Engineer.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills coupled with a customer-centric approach.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (highly advantageous).

• AWS certification (considered a significant advantage).
