Cloud Service Agent, Full-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will serve as the main point of contact for our partners and clients, ensuring the smooth functioning of their systems.

• You manage incoming support inquiries through both phone and written communication, documenting and processing them via our ticketing system.

• You are tasked with the provisioning, administration, and ongoing maintenance of customer systems.

• You consistently operate on a 3-shift schedule, which includes early, late, and night shifts.

• You possess a strong desire to learn, continuously enhance your skill set, and contribute innovative ideas for process improvement.

• You confidently organize your work in a remote setting, demonstrating both efficiency and independence.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or a comparable IT qualification.

• Initial professional experience in support, with a preference for familiarity with ticketing systems.

• Experience with Terminal Server environments, ERP software, Windows Server, and basic knowledge of Linux is advantageous.

• Proficiency in German and English communication; knowledge of Spanish is a bonus.

• Strong analytical thinking, a sense of responsibility, and a structured approach to work.
