Cloud Security Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Support the design and evaluation of secure cloud architectures, landing zones, and guardrails within AWS and Azure environments.

• Evaluate and propose reference architectures and reusable security patterns that align with established standards and the organization's risk posture.

• Assist in the deployment and configuration of both native cloud and third-party security controls, including IAM, CSPM, logging, and security posture management.

• Help translate regulatory and internal security requirements into relevant technical controls applicable to AWS and Azure environments.

• Examine logs, telemetry, and findings from CSPM tools to pinpoint issues that need remediation or architectural modifications.

• Aid in audit preparation by generating architectural documentation, control evidence, and technical clarifications.

• Provide technical assistance during cloud-related security incidents, which includes scoping, investigation, and containment support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Over 3 years of practical experience in cloud security, cloud architecture, or information security with a focus on cloud environments.

• Direct experience with securing AWS and/or Azure environments, including IAM, security posture management, logging, and network segmentation.

• Active cloud or security certifications, such as AWS Security Specialty, Microsoft Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500), CCSP, or CISSP.

• Proficient in English — mandatory.

• Strong practical knowledge of AWS.
