This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

• Assist in the administration and management of the Kofax Cloud Solutions technology framework

• Deliver exceptional system operation and support for the Kofax Software cloud enterprise

• Exhibit technical proficiency and maintain professional communication with various stakeholders

• Participate in the weekly on-call rotation

• Ensure system patches and updates are consistently maintained

• Act as the primary point of contact for daily operations with vendors

• Keep accurate and current records of all system assets and licenses

• Effectively manage storage volumes and resources

• Monitor system status, performance metrics, and capacity

• Report anomalies and identify incidents

• Periodically assess vendor performance to ensure service agreements are fulfilled

• Practical experience with either AWS, Azure, or both

• Practical experience with Linux and/or Windows Server

• A degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience

• Experience working with SQL Server

• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and LAN/VLAN configurations

• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities

• Outstanding written, verbal, and organizational skills

• Ability to troubleshoot issues promptly

• Collaborate effectively as a member of the Cloud team

• Escalate support issues to external consultants/vendors when necessary

• Share technical knowledge with fellow team members

• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail

• Communicate professionally in both written and oral formats
