This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Design and evolve efficient, secure, and maintainable AI/ML pipelines, from experimentation to production.
• Integrate MLOps, LLMOps, and DevSecOps practices into development and release processes, enhancing the overall quality of the team.
• Serve as the technical reference for enterprise clients in adopting AI-driven and agentic architectures on Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
• Lead project activities, provide mentoring, and coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams towards tangible objectives.
• Experience in managing the ML model lifecycle (training, deployment, monitoring).
• Proficiency with MLOps/LLMOps tools: MLFlow, Kubeflow, KServe, BentoML, Ray Serve, Vertex AI, SageMaker, Azure ML.
• Integration of AI with security tools: SonarQube, Snyk, Trivy, etc.
• Expertise in AI-driven Monitoring (Elastic, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki).
• Familiarity with modern data architectures: RAG, Agentic RAG, Vector DB, Feature Store, Graph DB (Neo4j).
• Experience with LLMs and foundational models: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Meta Llama, HuggingFace, Mistral; self-hosted inference with Ollama or vLLM.
• Development skills in Python (ML/AI SDK) and Go (Platform components).
• Experience with AI orchestration (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex) and Big Data & Streaming technologies (Apache Spark, Kafka, Flink).
• CI/CD for ML (MLFlow, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Argo Workflows, Argo Rollouts, Flagger).
• Experience in AI-powered software engineering and agentic workflows (MCP, AI Agents, tool use).
• Experience with scalable infrastructures in AWS, Azure, GCP environments.
• Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, GitOps (ArgoCD, Flux).
• Advanced Kubernetes administration (CKA required).
• Knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift AI – desired.
• Experience as a **Technical Lead** or **Technical Manager** in AI/ML or R&D settings.
• Technical leadership and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
