Cloud Migration & Modernization Sub Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• At Kyndryl, Infrastructure Specialists serve as project-based experts in all aspects of infrastructure.

• You will contribute to ongoing projects by analyzing challenges and technical issues.

• Provide solutions, while testing, modifying, automating, and integrating systems.

• Engage in long-term strategic planning for IT infrastructure and operational implementation.

• Take pleasure in being deeply involved throughout the project's duration.

• Collaborate closely with Architects, Technicians, and Project Managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess deep expertise in specific technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, and data & analytics.

• Experience with enterprise IT applications is essential.

• Have hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture within the public cloud AWS environment.

• Comprehensive knowledge of both Windows and Linux Operating Systems is required.

• Must demonstrate experience in driving engineering solutions and collaborating across teams.

• Extensive experience and sound judgment to effectively plan and achieve objectives.

• Ability to apply general principles to specific challenges to derive conclusions and responses.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.

• Proven experience in process improvement is highly valued.
