This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee and manage AWS services, GCP services, and ensure interoperability between platforms utilizing Cross Connects and VPNs.
• Provision new infrastructure for development teams using Terraform / Terragrunt in conjunction with GitLab pipelines.
• Manage DNS zones (Route53, Cloudflare) across various domains and brands.
• Handle CDN/WAF configurations (CloudFront, Cloudflare), which includes geo-blocking and bot management.
• Analyze and optimize cloud costs through traffic analysis and CloudTrail optimization.
• Manage commitments and evaluate cost anomalies across multiple accounts while collaborating with development teams.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on product development and address issues related to application configuration, deployment, or debugging.
• Oversee AWS Organisation account onboarding and enforce security best practices (Control Tower enrollment, SCP policies, billing profiles).
• Manage AWS IAM users, SSO groups, cross-account roles, and permission policies across more than 15 AWS accounts.
• Respond to AWS security and CNAPP alerts, including compromised access keys and unusual activity.
• Configure and maintain monitoring stacks: Prometheus - alertmanager, CloudWatch.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide prompt responses to production incidents.
• Troubleshoot performance issues across the infrastructure stack in coordination with multiple teams and platforms.
• Over 5 years of experience managing production infrastructure within AWS.
• Proven track record of relevant experience in DevOps and Cloud environments.
• Strong proficiency in Linux and Open Source software.
• Extensive experience with infrastructure as code tools, particularly Terraform.
• Practical experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
• A solid and successful background in Kubernetes along with containerization and orchestration.
• Experience in developing Continuous Integration and Delivery pipelines.
• Proficient English language skills (team communication is bilingual ES/EN).
• A valid work permit for Spain is required.
