Cloud Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, operate, and enhance Microsoft 365, Azure, and Microsoft Security services.

• Establish and maintain a cloud security architecture that aligns with NIST and FedRAMP standards.

• Oversee Entra ID, Conditional Access, and privileged access management.

• Manage devices running Windows, macOS, and iOS through Intune.

• Configure and oversee Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and Purview.

• Administer Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online.

• Develop automated Power BI dashboards for effective reporting.

• Create incident response and disaster recovery playbooks.

• Execute tasks with minimal oversight, applying independent technical judgment and authority.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Extensive Microsoft certifications maintained continuously for at least 5 years.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and operating hybrid Active Directory, M365, and Entra environments.

• Hands-on experience managing Intune for over 700 endpoints.

• Advanced skills in Entra ID, Conditional Access, PAM, and MFA.

• Experience in managing Microsoft Sentinel.

• Proven track record in implementing Power BI reporting.

• Must provide 2–4 brief examples of personally authored technical documentation.

• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise Microsoft cloud engineering.

• Experience with FedRAMP Moderate authorization processes.

• Familiarity with IRS 1075 or similar federal data protection regulations.

• Must possess or be eligible to acquire a government security screening and/or a Secret security clearance.
