Cloud DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage Infrastructure-as-Code using languages such as Terraform, PowerShell, ARM, Bicep, Bash, and YAML.

• Provide high-quality implementations within designated timelines.

• Design and sustain CI/CD pipelines that facilitate secure, reliable, and repeatable deployments.

• Revise technical documentation, workflows, and articles for the knowledge base.

• Expand knowledge in specific areas of the OneStream platform and deployment architecture.

• Engage in collaborative engineering efforts, peer reviews, and initiatives for knowledge sharing.

• Work with other teams to define, estimate, and implement requirements for new automations or services necessary for development.

• Implement software engineering best practices in infrastructure and automation development.

• Enhance cloud environments for scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues across cloud services and platforms.

• Collaborate with Compliance and Security teams to ensure adherence to required controls.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a technology-related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• Over 4 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, primarily with Azure.

• Familiarity with Infrastructure-As-Code concepts and tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM, or CloudFormation templates) on Microsoft Azure.

• Experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.

• Understanding of cloud architecture concepts, including scalability, resiliency, security, and identity management.

• Comfortable with Agile Development methodologies utilizing Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps Boards.

• Experience using modern AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.

• More than 4 years of hands-on experience with technologies, tools, and concepts related to automating processes using Bash, CLI, PowerShell, REST APIs, ARM Templates, or other scripting languages.

• Proficient with source control systems such as Git and GitHub.

• Knowledge of container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, OpenShift, AKS, GKE, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud (GCP).

• Proficient in Windows Server, IIS, and Microsoft SQL Server.
