Cloud Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance, refresh, and sustain both logical and physical data models, along with source-to-target mappings to facilitate new and ongoing projects.

• Collaborate with the Application Development team to execute data strategies, construct data flows, and create conceptual data models.

• Partner with various teams to identify specific business requirements and devise technology solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid background in Data Modeling.

• Proven experience in transforming logical models into physical database designs using best practices to ensure superior data quality, minimize redundancy, and enhance performance.

• Proficiency with Snowflake, particularly in analyzing, architecting, designing, and developing cloud data solutions.

• Strong expertise in Python / PySpark and SQL, along with practical experience.

• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud services including AWS, GCP, and Azure.

• Demonstrated experience in designing multi-phase cloud data strategies.

• Experience in crafting and developing scalable data ingestion frameworks.

• In-depth experience with designing and implementing end-to-end solutions utilizing a cloud platform's analytic services.
