This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Provide daily sales support and customer service for Microsoft.
• Utilize Arrow’s Value Proposition to attract and cultivate new customers while generating new opportunities.
• Identify key markets and prospective customers within the designated sales territory, fostering essential relationships for solution selling.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with customer contacts to uncover design opportunities and tackle business challenges.
• Ensure customer satisfaction concerning supply chain management and value-added services.
• Formulate strategic plans for assigned accounts and promote Arrow's offerings across key supplier lines.
• Prepare and present internal quarterly business reviews that include strategic plans and implementation steps.
• Conduct regular QBRs with significant customers to uncover additional sales opportunities.
• Promote and sell Arrow’s value-added, supply chain, and full life cycle programs.
• Utilize sales tracking systems, including Salesforce.com and Oracle Establish.
• Establish relationships with key suppliers.
• Expand and develop new business by proactively reaching out and engaging partners for Microsoft.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience along with a 4-year degree; or 6 years with an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
• Experience in IT Channel Sales.
• Familiarity with working alongside Microsoft.
• Experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment.
• Extensive understanding of pricing programs and models within the electronics industry.
• Strong capability to develop strategic plans for assigned accounts.
• In-depth knowledge of Arrow’s key supplier lines.
• Ability to prepare thorough internal quarterly business reviews and present strategic plans and implementation steps.
• Capability to lead regular QBRs with major customers.
• Proficiency in sales tracking systems, Salesforce.com, and Oracle Establish.
• Ability to build relationships with key suppliers.
• Problem-solving skills to address complex issues using existing solutions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capability to serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues.
• Willingness to travel to Arrow office locations as directed by Arrow leadership.
