This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Provide daily sales support and customer service activities for Microsoft.
• Utilize Arrow’s Value Proposition to attract and nurture new customers and generate new opportunities.
• Identify key markets and new customers within the designated sales territory.
• Develop strategies and cultivate essential relationships to lay the groundwork for solution selling.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with customer contacts involved in design opportunities and current business challenges.
• Ensure customer satisfaction regarding supply chain management and value-added services.
• Create strategic plans for assigned accounts and promote Arrow’s complete range of offerings.
• Prepare and deliver internal quarterly business reviews featuring strategic plans and implementation steps.
• Facilitate regular QBRs with major customers to uncover additional sales opportunities.
• Advocate for and sell Arrow’s value-added, supply chain, and full life-cycle programs.
• Establish relationships with key suppliers.
• Expand and develop new business by proactively reaching out to partners to boost Microsoft sales.
• Experience engaging with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering setting.
• Thorough understanding of pricing programs and models within the electronics sector.
• Capability to develop strategic plans for assigned accounts and market Arrow’s complete offerings.
• Extensive knowledge of Arrow’s key supplier lines.
• Ability to prepare detailed internal quarterly business reviews and present strategic plans.
• Competence in leading regular QBRs with major customers.
• Proficiency in sales tracking systems, including Salesforce.com and Oracle.
• Experience working in IT Channel Sales.
• Familiarity with Microsoft operations.
• Aptitude for resolving complex problems using existing solutions.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
• A minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4-year degree, or 6 years with an advanced degree, or equivalent experience.
• Must be willing to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.
