Cloud Application Support Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide application and operations support on cloud-based infrastructure within Azure and AWS.

• Establish the environment, deploy, and maintain applications based on .NET C# in cloud settings.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to applications or infrastructure.

• Work collaboratively with end users to meet their application support requirements.

• Implement ITIL Service Management principles.

• Recognize opportunities for improving processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in IT support services and project/program management.

• Technical expertise with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.

• Familiarity with InRule Business Intelligence, including SSRS and SSIS.

• Experience with Appian (preferred).

• Knowledge of .NET C# (preferred).
