This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +2 more states.
• Deliver administrative support and assist in project tracking for the clinical project team.
• Ensure that assigned project tasks related to Project Delivery services are completed promptly and with precision.
• Organize and monitor system access for members of the project team.
• Maintain and conduct quality audits of project portal documents to guarantee the latest revisions are in place.
• Aid in the preparation and distribution of clinical trial documentation, which includes Investigator Site Files.
• Oversee version control and quality assurance of project documentation.
• Submit project documentation to the trial master file.
• Monitor and maintain information pertinent to the project, including the site medical question-and-answer log.
• Exceptional written and spoken English skills.
• Proficiency in the primary language of the country where the position is located.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks while exercising independent judgment.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to the quality of work.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience is required.
• At least one year of experience in a related field.
