Clinical Trial Psych Rater – US Spanish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Engage in all mandatory orientation, training, and calibration sessions.

• Analyze case data and prepare for rater discussions, ensuring all necessary documents and scale items are accessible.

• Facilitate live interactions with raters to offer feedback and guidance on assessment methodologies and scoring procedures.

• Fulfill assigned tasks and rater engagements in accordance with the established schedule.

• Accurately submit all required documentation within the specified timelines.

• Review scales administered by raters to verify adherence to standardized assessment protocols.

• Assess the quality of evaluations and enhance rater performance through functional assessments such as mock interviews.

• Provide assistance with communication materials and documentation as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work, or equivalent qualifications.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, and/or structured clinical interviews, specifically PANSS, MINI, and CGI-SCH.

• At least 3 years of clinical experience working with psychiatric populations.

• A minimum of 3 years administering scales in clinical research trials, excluding graduate/doctoral research.

• Experience in CNS trials is preferred.

• MD, DO, or PhD is preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for professional interactions at all levels.

• Strong organizational capabilities, attention to detail, time management skills, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.

• Fluency in English.

• Native-level proficiency in US Spanish.
