Senior Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Act as the main communication link for sites, enabling internal client collaboration to resolve issues.

• Grasp the operational model of the site and maintain relationships with key site stakeholders.

• Participate in site feasibility assessments to ensure high-quality site selection through consistent qualification visits.

• Work alongside the central study team and local partners to finalize the selection of sites for trial participation.

• Ensure that the local/country team achieves recruitment targets, delivering high-quality data punctually and within the study budget.

• Create trial-specific procedures and tools, including recruitment strategies, contingency planning, risk management, and budget forecasting.

• Serve as the main company liaison for designated trial sites, interacting with Investigators and Site Staff throughout the trial duration.

• Prioritize investigator engagement by promptly following up with sites and sharing relevant status updates.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (BA/BS).

• Academic background in a health or science-related discipline.

• 3 to 5+ years of comprehensive trial management experience.

• Experience with start-up and database closures/cleaning is preferred.

• Required experience in Hematology Oncology.

• Solid understanding of ICH-GCP, company standard operating procedures, local regulations, assigned protocols, and related protocol-specific procedures.

• Strong IT proficiency with relevant software and company systems.

• Fluent in both the local language and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills as needed.

• Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the United States and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
