Local Clinical Trial Manager – FSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Responsible for delivering the final clinical outcomes within the timeframe outlined in the contract with the client.

• Directs the local study team, which includes cross-functional experts and vendor personnel, for study preparation and execution.

• Ensures the development and upkeep of the country study plan, ensuring that critical study timelines are accurately projected and met.

• Safeguards the quality and integrity of clinical studies by engaging in appropriate business management monitoring activities.

• Oversees the creation of essential study documents, plans, and manuals in accordance with local regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.

• Prior experience that equips the candidate with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the role (equivalent to 3+ years).

• Background in site monitoring.

• Exceptional leadership abilities, fostering motivation and high-quality performance among team members to achieve individual, team, and organizational goals.

• Strong project management skills in a matrix team setting.

• Displays adaptability and resilience.

• Proficient in written and verbal communication in English.
