This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Take charge of the planning, implementation, and supervision of clinical studies.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients while ensuring compliance with protocols, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and shape recruitment strategies at the country level.
• Lead the feasibility assessments and site initiation processes.
• Direct monitoring and quality assurance strategies.
• Provide mentorship to CRAs and partners as the team grows.
• Create clinical documents related to the study.
• Identify and address training requirements for CRAs and third-party vendors.
• Generate lists of potential sites and manage the feasibility process.
• Recognize risks associated with enrollment targets.
• Formulate strategies for country-specific recruitment and retention.
• Ensure effective communication with investigators and the study team.
• Manage the expectations of the clinical team.
• Assist in planning and executing investigator meetings.
• Oversee, support, and monitor submissions and approvals.
• Collaborate with PM, CRAs, and QA to create CAPA plans.
• Help sites, internal staff, and CRAs prepare for GCP audits.
• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a scientific or health-related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in clinical research or demonstrated competencies relevant to the role, with substantial clinical monitoring experience.
• Professional working proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a customer service-oriented attitude.
