This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Manage clinical trial workstreams, ensuring that deliverables align with quality standards and timelines.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective strategies for clinical trial enrollment.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to create and execute comprehensive clinical trial protocols.
• Supervise and handle the daily operations of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Analyze and interpret clinical trial data, identify trends, and provide insights to enhance study outcomes.
• Proactively tackle challenges and implement effective solutions to guarantee the successful execution of clinical trials.
• Communicate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders to cultivate strong partnerships and facilitate seamless trial processes.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant study management experience within a pharmaceutical or scientific setting.
• Strong project management skills and experience with relevant tools.
• Thorough understanding of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines.
• Extensive experience in clinical research, including study management, monitoring, and data management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse global teams.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management skills, encompassing scope, budget, timeline, resource planning, and management, along with the use of associated tools and support where available.
