Clinical Trial Manager – CTM, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Conducts site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities, and close-out visits.

• Utilizes judgment and experience to assess the overall performance of the site and its staff, providing recommendations for site-specific actions.

• Maintains a thorough understanding of ICH/GCP Guidelines and other relevant regulations, as well as company SOPs and processes.

• Ensures that the informed consent process is properly executed and documented for each subject or patient.

• Demonstrates a commitment to protecting the confidentiality of every subject and patient.

• Evaluates factors that may impact the safety of subjects/patients and the integrity of clinical data at investigator or physician sites, including protocol deviations or violations.

• Reviews site processes for effectiveness.

• Performs Source Document Review of relevant site source documents and medical records.

• Implements query resolution techniques both remotely and on-site.

• Leverages available hardware and software to facilitate the efficient conduct of clinical project data review and capture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice, ICH Guidelines, and other applicable regulatory requirements.

• Must possess strong computer skills and be open to adopting new technologies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Willingness to manage necessary travel of up to 75% on a regular basis.
