Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the operational delivery of clinical components within a trial, which includes site selection, initiation, enrollment management, site engagement and support, monitoring planning and execution, data cleaning activities, and trial close-out.

• Achieve successful implementation of assigned trials and ensure the completion of all trial objectives.

• Facilitate effective communication, manage regulatory documentation, and provide continuous oversight of assigned trial(s) by collaborating closely with other functional team members.

• Provide mentorship and training to team members.

• Recognize potential obstacles to study timelines and deliverables, proposing innovative action plans to the team and sponsor.

• Guide Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) as they build relationships with their sites to ensure high-quality oversight of monitoring, regulatory compliance, investigational product management, site payments, and overall site communication activities.

• Maintain the team's focus on study priorities by fostering efficient cross-functional partnerships and effective communication to achieve maximum client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a science or health-related field, with a focus on oncology experience.

• Proven experience leading the clinical aspects of studies across multiple countries within a CRO, Pharma, or Biotech company, specifically in a dedicated 'clinical lead' capacity.

• Extensive clinical trial management experience in oncology.

• Solid understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.

• Strong proficiency in English communication.
