Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supports sales representatives by facilitating surgeon training sessions, aiding in the robotic development within hospitals, and managing overall territory operations.

• Conducts technical in-service training for customers, including OR staff, surgeons, and other relevant personnel.

• Promotes the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users to help meet overall team quotas.

• Acquires experience in goal setting, strategic mapping, and achievement in preparation for a quota-bearing role following the CTA position.

• Oversees administrative duties, such as reporting on sales and procedures, tracking outcomes of sales activities, and submitting expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of experience in outside sales is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends as necessary.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Demonstrated success in previous roles.

• Strong ambition and a remarkable work ethic.
