Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire technical, clinical, and sales expertise.

• Undergo training to become a da Vinci Surgery technical and sales authority across primary surgical fields.

• Establish surgical robotics initiatives within the designated territory.

• Enhance regional support by optimizing the usage of existing da Vinci Surgical Systems.

• Offer case support, insights, and training to surgical teams.

• Conduct technical product demonstrations and in-services for operating room staff, surgeons, and other clients.

• Assist in achieving quarterly sales targets through demonstrations, operating room sales efforts, and customer support training.

• Aid or organize regional sales and marketing development events.

• Oversee the reporting of sales and procedures, sales activity outcomes, expense reports, and assigned online training modules.

• Serve as a Medical Device Consultant after receiving the necessary training and provide guidance on the proper handling of Intuitive medical devices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of sales experience or 1 year of leadership experience is required.

• Proficiency in English and the local language as needed.

• Demonstrated ambition and a strong work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.

• Proven track record of effective teamwork.

• Willingness to travel up to 70% and/or be present in the field, depending on business requirements.

• A degree in sales is advantageous.
