This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire technical, clinical, and sales expertise.
• Undergo training to become a specialist in both technical and sales aspects of da Vinci Surgery across primary surgical disciplines.
• Establish surgical robotics initiatives within the designated territory.
• Facilitate the regional use of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems.
• Conduct product demonstrations and in-service training for operating room personnel, surgeons, and other stakeholders.
• Offer case support, insights, guidance, and training on the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Assist in achieving quarterly sales targets through demonstrations, in-service sessions, operating room sales activities, and customer support training.
• Support or coordinate regional sales and marketing development initiatives.
• Oversee sales and procedure reporting, track sales activity outcomes, manage expense reports, and complete assigned online modules.
• Serve as a Medical Device Consultant following appropriate training, providing guidance on the correct handling of Intuitive medical devices.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least 1 year of sales experience or 1 year in a leadership role is required.
• Proficient in English and the local language as necessary.
• Demonstrated ambition and a strong work ethic.
• Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.
• Proven track record of effective teamwork.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• A degree in sales is advantageous.
