Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to enhance technical, clinical, and sales knowledge.

• Train to become an expert in da Vinci Surgery technical operations and sales across primary surgical specialties.

• Establish surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.

• Offer case support, insights, and training to surgical teams utilizing the da Vinci Surgical System.

• Conduct technical product demonstrations and in-service training for customers, operating room personnel, and surgeons.

• Contribute to quarterly sales targets through product demonstrations, sales activities in the operating room, and customer support training.

• Assist in organizing regional sales and marketing events to enhance system awareness and encourage procedure adoption.

• Oversee the reporting of sales and procedures, sales activity results, expense reports, and assigned online training modules.

• Serve as a Medical Device Consultant after receiving appropriate training and provide guidance on the correct handling of Intuitive medical devices.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 1 year of sales experience or 1 year of leadership experience.

• Proficiency in English and the local language as necessary.

• A strong ambition and work ethic.

• Capacity to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to function effectively as a team member.

• Willingness to travel up to 70% and/or engage in field presence based on business requirements.

• A degree in sales is advantageous.
