Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Supports sales representatives by conducting surgeon training sessions, assisting with the development of hospital robotics, and managing overall territory operations.

• Facilitates technical training and in-service programs for customers, including operating room staff and surgeons.

• Promotes the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users to aid in achieving team quotas.

• Acquires skills in goal setting, territory mapping, and achievement, preparing for a future quota-bearing role following the CTA position.

• Oversees administrative responsibilities, including sales reporting, tracking outcomes of sales activities, and submitting expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of outside sales experience is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work evenings and weekends as necessary.

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
