Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Supports sales representatives through surgeon training, hospital robotic development, and effective territory management.

• Conducts technical in-services for clients, including operating room staff, surgeons, and others.

• Promotes the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users, helping to achieve overall team sales targets.

• Acquires skills in goal setting, strategic planning, and achievement in preparation for a quota-bearing role following the CTA position.

• Oversees administrative responsibilities, including reporting on sales/procedures, evaluating sales activity outcomes, and submitting expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of outside sales experience is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends as necessary.

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
