This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Case Support - serve as a valuable resource for the surgical team by offering guidance, insights, and training on utilizing the da Vinci® Surgical System.
• Product Demonstrations/In-Services - oversee all technical in-services for clients, including operating room staff, surgeons, and others.
• Selling Activities - assist the Clinical Sales Manager team in achieving quarterly sales goals by influencing behavioral changes in clients through product demonstrations/in-services, operating room sales activities, and customer support training.
• Customer Support - assist and coordinate, under the direction of the local sales management team, regional sales and marketing development initiatives that enhance system awareness and encourage procedure adoption via product demonstrations/in-services and sales activities.
• Administrative Duties - effectively manage administrative responsibilities: reporting on sales/procedures, outcomes of sales efforts, filing expense reports, and completing assigned ISU online modules using company-required software systems.
• Function as a Medical Device Consultant (Medizinprodukteberater) in Austria and Germany, following adequate training in compliance with legal requirements, and provide insights, guidance, and support for the proper use of Intuitive medical devices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or extensive relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in both English and German is essential.
• A strong ambition and work ethic.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• A degree in sales is an advantage.
