Clinical Team Manager – Sr.

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Responsible for delivering the final clinical output within the timeframe stipulated in the customer contract.

• Analyzes data on intricate matters to make informed business decisions, with guidance from line management.

• Strives to ensure that all clinical outputs align with the customer's expectations regarding time, quality, and cost.

• Preserves profitability by conducting clinical activities within the defined contract scope, through effective management of the clinical team.

• Oversees all facets of monitoring operations and quality for designated studies.

• Develops clinical tools and study protocols, collaborates with clients, and leads team meetings to uphold timelines, resources, and quality.

• Guarantees timely deliverables, supervises trials, communicates with study sites, coordinates start-up activities, and addresses regulatory requirements.

• Accountable for identifying and reporting site performance issues, as well as conducting trend analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree along with previous experience equivalent to 5 or more years.

• Experience in Monitoring, Study Management, or Oversight is preferred.

• Prior experience dedicated to clients is preferred.

• Advanced mentoring, leadership, and supervisory abilities.

• Exceptional clinical trials monitoring capabilities; ideally with both remote and onsite experience.

• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong command of the English language and grammar.

• Proven ability to use a computer for data entry, archival, and retrieval.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Outstanding team player with skills in team building.

• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities.

• Advanced skills in utilizing problem-solving techniques.
