This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Design and implement onboarding and training programs for newly appointed Clinical Support Technicians.
• Organize and conduct training sessions for existing employees.
• Maintain and update onboarding materials and training assessments on a regular basis.
• Provide assistance to team members through email and chat platforms.
• Monitor and track daily work-in-progress metrics for technician phone pharmacy and data entry queues.
• Report daily performance metrics to the Clinical Support Technician team.
• Perform audits or data reviews as required.
• Mentor Clinical Support Technicians.
• Oversee work queue assignments and modify staffing based on work-in-progress metrics.
• Collaborate with resource planning managers to ensure effective scheduling.
• Process prescriber faxes for compliance with state regulations.
• Review and generate Sig Codes in relevant systems.
• Examine and update standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Provide updates on process improvements.
• Conduct annual refresher training and assessments for data entry and phone pharmacy procedures.
• Assist with daily operations and workflow responsibilities as required to meet business needs and service levels.
• High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
• A current Missouri Pharmacy Technician license in good standing is required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience is necessary.
• Experience in a specialty pharmacy environment is preferred.
• Previous experience in training, coaching, or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining efficiency and focus in a remote work setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and quality is required.
• Ability to learn internal systems, processes, and programs is necessary.
• Advanced problem-solving abilities are needed.
• Capacity to collaborate with other departments to address issues is important.
• Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment is essential.
• Strong time management skills are required.
• Basic proficiency in email, Word, Excel, OneNote, and general computing is necessary.
• A reliable internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic service with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed is required for remote work.
• Availability to work Central Time hours, typically from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., with shifts scheduled during pharmacy hours from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. CT.
