This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Deliver expert clinical assistance to patients, addressing intricate medical inquiries with compassion and precision.
• Foster lasting relationships with users, becoming a reliable partner as they utilize the technology.
• Analyze and clarify medical device data, results, and trends in language that is easy for patients to understand.
• Respond to patient inquiries concerning functional medicine, nervous system health, and applications of neurotechnology.
• Prioritize clinical inquiries and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Uphold high standards for response quality and patient satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive clinical support documentation, including patient support protocols, clinical response templates, patient-facing FAQs, and internal knowledge base materials.
• Ensure all documentation is clinically accurate, current, and compliant with medical regulations.
• Create standardized workflows for addressing various types of patient requests.
• Design decision trees and escalation pathways for clinical scenarios.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support workflows and processes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance patient experience and support efficiency.
• Assist in the development of scalable clinical support frameworks as the organization expands.
• Collaborate closely with research, product, and clinical teams to remain informed about device functionalities and emerging applications.
• Provide clinical insights to guide product development and patient education materials.
• Engage in and lead training and knowledge-sharing initiatives with the wider support team.
• Must possess an MD or an equivalent medical qualification.
• Must be registered and licensed to practice medicine in the Philippines.
• A minimum of 4 years of clinical practice or healthcare support experience is required.
• Strong background in medical research interpretation and evidence-based medicine.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: functional medicine, nervous system health and neurology, neurotechnology, mental health and psychiatry, immunology, or cardiovascular disease.
• Capability to articulate complex medical concepts in a way that is accessible and patient-friendly.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing support roles.
• Comfortable with learning and utilizing new technical platforms.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones as required.
