This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Provide non-clinical administrative assistance to clinical teams.
• Ensure the timely, accurate, and efficient coordination of patient care activities.
• Act as a vital collaborator with nurses, pharmacists, providers, and internal business partners.
• Oversee administrative workflows, maintain patient records, coordinate documentation, and facilitate therapy-related processes.
• Offer exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Enhance operational efficiency and support favorable patient outcomes.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Prior experience in healthcare administration, specialty pharmacy, or a clinical support setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare documentation systems.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated dedication to quality, accuracy, and outstanding customer service.
• At least two years of experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, care coordination, or a clinical support environment.
• Experience in supporting specialty therapies, infusion services, or complex patient care programs.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and familiarity with specialty pharmacy or infusion workflows.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare applications such as Epic, Microsoft Office Suite, and other clinical documentation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an emphasis on continuous process improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to foster effective relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in quality assurance, documentation review, data tracking, and reporting.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service to patients, providers, and internal stakeholders.
