This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana, +3 more states.
• Collaborate with clinical data and tools to assist Clinical Advisors in their strategic consultations and deliverables.
• Aid Clinical Advisors in fulfilling scheduled and ad hoc client reporting obligations and deliverables.
• Supply necessary data for PA Criteria submissions and configure internal utilization systems, including CAS and MedHOK.
• Assist in communicating client formulary modifications to internal stakeholders.
• Support the monthly updates, extensions, and migrations for Prior Authorization in conjunction with IBU Data Analysis, Account Management, and PBM Clinical PA teams.
• Identify requirements and propose innovative solutions for requests from clients and Clinical Advisors.
• Analyze outcomes and provide consultative analysis, including additional insights when necessary.
• Conduct quality checks on reports and deliverables while ensuring data accuracy.
• Recommend solutions and implement best practices across various accounts.
• Request, interpret, and analyze claims data for impact assessment and remediation.
• Develop innovative solutions to enhance existing process flows.
• Engage in special projects and workgroups aimed at boosting efficiency and client satisfaction.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with healthcare data, preferably in pharmacy data.
• At least 3 years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in pharmacy operations.
• Familiarity with Medicare processes.
• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Excellent communication skills.
