Clinical Supply Chain Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Provides leadership focused on customer service concerning the operational and financial elements of clinical trial supplies management throughout the entire project life cycle.

• Responsibilities include communication with customers, vendors, and/or investigative sites to oversee deliverables related to Clinical Trial Supplies.

• Oversees clinical trial supplies for designated studies, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Clinical Practices (GCP), relevant standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory standards.

• Responsible for the operational execution and financial outcomes of services allocated to the Clinical Supplies team.

• Collaborates with the Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator for Importer of Record/Exporter of Record (IoR/EoR) services as necessary.

• Cultivates strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to guarantee satisfaction and uncover new business opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field.

• Previous experience in a contract research organization (CRO), pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company in project management or clinical trial supplies management.

• Comprehensive understanding of Good Clinical Practice, ICH guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices, and other relevant regulatory requirements.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Strong capability to manage time effectively and work independently.

• High proficiency in the English language.

• Skilled in using MS Office Applications.

• Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%).
