Clinical Supply Chain Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the comprehensive supply strategy for new clinical trials.

• Convert intricate study protocols into efficient kit designs and solid supply plans.

• Ensure that all components are synchronized for smooth study execution.

• Work closely with internal teams as well as external partners.

• Oversee the planning and delivery of a supply chain that upholds the highest quality standards.

• Design and execute a successful clinical trial supply chain solution.

• Generate master English label text in compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines.

• Create and update demand forecasts and packaging strategies.

• Initiate packaging initiatives with the designated vendor and provide oversight.

• Establish and monitor study-assigned Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems.

• Conduct ongoing budget tracking activities.

• Ensure compliance with all assigned training and implement learnings in daily practices.

• Facilitate meetings with clients and vendors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific or business discipline.

• 2-3 years of relevant industry experience in Clinical Trials.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Clinical Supply Chain Management.

• Proven ability to exhibit strong project management capabilities.

• Capacity to foster effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Fluent in the English language.
