Clinical Supervisor - OT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• The Clinical Supervisor position acts as a primary clinical and operational leader for a team of Occupational Therapists providing treatment.

• Deliver daily coaching, guidance, and oversight to ensure high standards of care, therapist effectiveness, and client satisfaction.

• Responsible for clinical quality oversight and actively participate in performance enhancement, client satisfaction, and strategic interdepartmental initiatives.

• Track, manage, and promote key performance indicators (KPIs) to secure team success and alignment with organizational objectives.

• Perform evaluations and sessions with an appropriate clinical caseload, adapting to the organization's requirements.

• Exemplify clinical excellence and keep abreast of the latest best practices within the field.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3–5 years of post-licensure clinical experience, inclusive of pediatric populations and telepractice.

• Proven history of providing high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services.

• Experience in supporting caregiver education and the development of functional skills (e.g., ADLs, sensory integration, motor development).

• Previous experience in mentoring, coaching, or leading other clinicians is essential.

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active, unrestricted state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

• Individual NPI number required.
