Clinical Supervisor – Grave Yard Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee, mentor, and assist crisis line personnel and volunteers

• Offer clinical direction and mentorship during real-time crisis events

• Aid in the daily operations of a 24/7 crisis contact center

• Educate staff on best practices, policies, and crisis intervention methods

• Analyze call and performance trends to ensure quality and uniformity

• Collaborate with internal leaders and external behavioral health providers

• Act as a reliable clinical resource for staff across all experience levels

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline

• Qualified as a Mental Health Professional under the standards of Washington State (active or license-eligible)

• Licensure (or associate licensure) in counseling or social work

• Experience assisting individuals in crisis situations

• Excellent communication, documentation, and computer skills

• Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) credential must be obtained by the end of the probationary period, with applications submitted within 30 days of hire

• Crisis Connections will cover the costs associated with obtaining the credential

• Preferred experience with crisis lines, helplines, or phone-based assessments

• Experience in training or facilitation

• Background in call center or multidisciplinary settings
