This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee a team of designated clinicians.
• Conduct training sessions and perform audits for the clinicians.
• Enhance communication between clinicians and management.
• Support the Clinical Director in the management and development of clinical staff.
• Lead weekly group treatment sessions while maintaining a manageable caseload.
• Ensure adherence to regulations established by The Joint Commission.
• Provide clinical supervision in line with regulatory standards and accreditation guidelines.
• Must hold an independent mental health counseling license in the state of California.
• Must be qualified to supervise associate-level therapists within California.
• Authorized to work in the United States and possess native or bilingual proficiency in English.
• Experience in working with diverse age groups, including children, teens, young adults, and adult clients.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical environments (inpatient, outpatient, IOP, PHP).
• Comfortable using cloud-based communication tools—Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox—along with EMR and survey software on a daily basis.
